• Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to DiceManUSA.com.
3. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@dicemanusa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
4. Condition of Returned Items
• All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6. Exchanges
